when I see a GTI or civic stanced I sometimes understand, but a WRX?? It's the polar opposite of what the car was designed for. when I had my 02 wrx I always dreamed of putting a lift kit and skid plates on it and going off roading! not that I needed any aftermarket parts to go off roading anyways....

just like all the stanced M3's. Trust me, there are a bunch :( One hopes they are regular e36 e46 (as if it makes a difference, still a crime) then you take a closer look and no, poor Motorsports machine

I own a VW and I'm thinking about raising it from it's current state for better performance. I'm not anti-stance. I'm anti-moron.
There's a local guy with an Evo on bags. He claims it handles loads better than it did before. I think he's forgetting how well it handled stock and just comparing to his shitty coilovers. Moron.

It's funny though it actually does make a little bit of a difference. For the VAG crowd, it's like seeing a stanced Karmann Ghia....okay a little sacrilegious but still not a sporty car to begin with; always more of a looker. To me that's pretty cool. It's one thing to put your e9 bmw on adjustable coilovers that happen to lower it a little bit and give it a more aggressive look but for the sake of holiness please do not put it on air ride. I think we should recommend a QOTD that's "What cars in history are okay to stance?"

The Evo comes with a decent setup. Cheap coilovers for the sake of cheap coilovers make me want to punch a cow.
